Charity Baker was the daughter of William and Ann (nee Hough)
Baker (BAK00102). She was born on 7 March
1834 and baptised at Audlem, 9 March 1834.
1862
Charity Baker married Henry Onslow Piercy (1835-1909), son of Rev John Piercy on 19 February 1862.
The Yorkshire Gazette, 22 February 1862: PIERCY-BAKER. On the 19th inst, at Audlem,
Cheshire. By the Rev E Groghagen, assisted by the Rev J M Gillington, Henry
Ounslow Piercy, Esq, of Harpham, in this county, son of the Rev J Piercy,
rector of Rushock, Worcestershire, to Charity, daughter of William Baker, Esq,
of Highfield, Cheshire.
They had a family.
1920
Charity Piercy died at Bridlington, Yorkshire on 9 December 1920. Her will was proved on 6 May 1921, estate £775.
