William Ernest Farndale, son of William and Mary (nee  Coverdale) Farndale (FAR00665), was born in 1928 and his birth was registered in Thirsk District in the third quarter of 1928 (GRO Vol 9d page 692).     

Northallerton

William E Farndale, married Betty H (Dorothy) Metcalfe in the second quarter of 1953 at Northallerton District (MR).

 

1956

Anthony W Farndale (FAR01077) was born in 1956.

 

1959

Susan D Farndale (FAR01095) was born in 1959.

2003

Bill lived in Northallerton between 2003 to 2014.

2019

William Farndale died on 5 April 2019.

Darlington & Stockton Times, 12th April 2019: FARNDALE William Ernest 'Bill' Died peacefully at home on April 5, aged 90 years. Beloved husband of 'Sis' a dear father of Anthony and Susan and father-in-law. A much loved and greatly missed grandad and great-grandad. A private funeral service will be held by family request.
