Ann Farndale, daughter of John and Dinah (nee Boyes) Farndale (FAR00198), was baptised at Loftus on 15 April 1800 (Loftus PR).

1861

 

1861 Census: Ann Farndale lived on her own in Brotton, aged 58, a dress maker. She was shown born at Lythe, not Brotton, but this could be consistent with her Whitby origins.

 

1873

 

Ann was buried on 27 March 1873. James Bell, was the Rector (Brotton PR). The death was registered at Guisborough in the first quarter of 1873 (GRO Vol 9d page 352). She was aged 71.
