that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Harry
Sutcliffe and William Farndale, carrying on business as Plumbers, at 71 James-gate,
in the City of Bradford, under the style or firm of SUTCLIFFE AND FARNDALE, has
been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of January, 1909. All
debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said
William Farndale. Dated 10th day of February, 1909. Harry Sutcliffe. William Farndale.
So William was a partner with Harry Sutcliffe in a plumbing business
at 71 Jamesgate, Bradford until the partnership
dissolved on 31 January 1909, when William would have been 35.
