He later lived with presumably his
uncle, James (FAR00699A).

1959: BROMPTON BY SAWDON. LEGION
DINNER. 52 members and friends of Brompton Branch of the British Legion held
their annual dinner and social at the Keighley Arms, Brompton. Colonel Goddard
introduced Mr Boyd, who spoke of the work of the Legion and was thanked by Mr C
H Mudd. The company were entertained by Mr. John Pearson, Pickering, Mr
M Farndale, Malton, and Mr B Jefferies.
Brompton by Sawdon is west of Scarborough.

Robert Alan Farndale, born 24 Jul

age 56 on 20 October 1981 (DR). He is buried
at Malton cemetery.
