1573

If she was 25 at her wedding she would have been born about 1573 and was probably the daughter of William and Margaret (nee Atkinson) Farndale (FAR00063).

1598

Eln (Eleanor?) Farndell married Pet (Peter?) Atkinson at Wilton 1598 (Boyd’s Marriage Index).

Wilton is a small village and civil parish near Kirkleatham. Eln’s likely mother, Margaret Farndale was an Atkinson from Wilton, so Eln probably married into her mother’s family, possibly a cousin. George Farndale (FAR00067) married Margery Nelson of Wilton. Although we don’t have birth records, this all suggests this was the same family.

1633

If Eln lived to the age of about 60, she might have lived until about 1633.
