Harriett Farndale
was baptised out of wedlock. Her mother was Elizabeth Farndale (FAR00204) and she was
baptised at Skelton on 20 January 1805 (Skelton PR).
She was a sister
to Hannah Farndale FAR000245.
1827
Harriet Farndale married William Whitelock, Bilsdale Midcable (Bilsdale PR). William Whitelock of this Parish,
shoemaker and Harriet Farndale of this Parish, spinster, married at Bilsdale by banns, 27 Jul 1827. Witness; Ralph Moorhouse
and William Barker. Harriet was aged 22.
Bilsdale
Midcable is a civil parish in North Yorkshire, which
occupies the northern part of Bilsdale in the North
York Moors National Park.
1833
Harriet Whitelock was buried at Holy Cross, Gilling East (near
Ampleforth) on 29 June 1833 at the age of 28 (Gilling
East PR).
