1855

Jane Farndale was married on 21 July 1855 at Great Ayton in the Stokesley District, aged 21. Jane was a servant. Her father was Joseph Farndale, a cartwright. The marriage was witnessed by Joseph Longstaff and the vicar was the curate. She married George Shepherd , 25, bachelor, a millwright, son of Christopher Shepherd, a cartwright (
MR).
