Jameson’s birth was registered in Leeds District in the fourth quarter of 1896 (GRO Vol 9b page 577). His middle name was that of
his grandmother. His middle name was taken from his grandmother’s maiden name.

William Farndale, aged 27, can be found on the
Ellis Island Website which shows William Farndale arrived in US on 2
December 1923 on board the Honorata (Manifest No 20). He had departed
from Cardiff.
These
