John William Farndale, son of John William (farmer of Danby) and Louisa (nee Hutchinson) Farndale (FAR00501), was born in Danby on 13 November 1899 and baptised at Danby on 24 December 1899. The birth was registered by John Farndale, his father, of Danby at Guisborough District on 14 Dec 1899 (GRO Vol 9d page 517).
