Confusingly
there was a 4 month old Samuel Saunders (sic?)
Farndale (FAR00776) buried at
Liverton on 7 January 1912 (St
Michael (now St Martin), Liverton PR), who was Samuel’s grandson. The Sanders taken by Samuel Senior
from his mother’s maiden name, seems to have become corrupted to Saunders by
the time of Samuel Junior.
1921
Mary Farndale died in 1921 and was buried on 24 April
1921 (Yorkshire
Burial and Cremation Record).
